As a certified Lifespan Coach, I specialize in helping clients build healthy habits at every stage of life, from energetic kids to active older adults. I provide age-appropriate guidance to support growing bodies, prevent childhood obesity, and keep youth engaged in lifelong movement. For seniors, I focus on mobility, strength, and injury prevention to help them stay independent and vibrant. With a thoughtful, customized approach, I empower clients of all ages to live fuller, healthier lives—because it's never too early or too late to feel your best.

Lifespan Coaching

13.7 million children are affected by obesity, a number that can easily be decreased with proper nutrition and exercise. On the other end of the spectrum, there are about 73 million baby-boomers still alive today, the second largest demographic next to millennials. These two populations need individual guidance in order to create an active and healthy lifestyle. It's imperative that youths understand the fundamental importance of exercise and nutrition as well as the proper way to perform both of these things. This becomes an absolute necessity for the senior population in order to maintain independence, confidence, and happiness as chronic illnesses and diseases become more prevalent. Having this knowledge allows me to prepare youths for a healthy/active future and ensure the aging population can enjoy their senior years with as much freedom as possible.
