Getting a basic understanding of where you are physically cost absolutely nothing from you besides a little bit of physical effort. Tests will measure upper body strength and endurance, lower body strength and endurance, overall muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance. Everyone has a baseline, together we can find it and improve.

These are one time session rates that are a flat rate that can be paid for upon scheduling or on the day that the session is scheduled. Recommended for those that have hectic schedules or are just curious what a training session with me will be like. Lease waiver must be signed. An initial consultation is not necessary, but is still recommended. Any sessions done on Saturday will be an additional $10, and any sessions done on an Sunday will be an additional $20.
For those that are able to give more time and dedication to an exercise routine, I offer 30, 45, and 60 minutes. These sessions include workouts for seven days at the location of the clients choosing. Purchasing any of these packages allows me to better personalize your workout to be better tailored to your needs. Great for beginners and avid gym goers alike.
Sessions can be paid in full or over a period of up to 3 payments via cash, check, Venmo, Cashapp, PayPal, or Googlepay. Payment must be made at least once every other session. On the final session, if payment has not been fulfilled, there will be no final session. The client has a month to complete the 7 sessions, after which, the contract expires and any money given to Progressive Fitness is non-refundable. Additionally, any sessions scheduled on a Saturday will incur an additional $10 fee. Any sessions scheduled on a Sunday will incur an additional $20 fee.
These conditions may be discussed with me if payment is problematic or other extenuating circumstances arise. I understand money can be tight sometimes, accidents happen.

Knowing what to eat to reach your intended goals can be hard, especially with all the the mixed and misinformation from media and celebrities. Together, we cut through the fog and get down to the real science of food and how it interacts with your body. From building better muscle, better brain function, or burning fat, any goal is obtainable with the proper food.

BMI, Muscle Mass, Water, BMR and even metabolic age, my Biometric Impedance Analysis (BIA) scale allows you to get the best possible inside look at your body composition without paying the often $100 or more BIA testing that other gyms provide with just as much accuracy. Doing this allows you to track your progress at a much more detailed level than would otherwise be possible. Better yet, once you pay for the first test, all other measurements are half price!
Want to get a workout in on a Saturday? Good for you! I respect and appreciate your efforts to continue to exercise into the weekend. Working out on the weekend can be challenging after a tough work week, but together we'll make it worth your time and energy.
Getting a head-start on your work week with a workout can be a great way to prepare yourself for the week ahead. Start your early Sunday morning right with a short 30 min session to get the most from your last weekend day, or get in that 60 min session to push past your peers. There's no rest for the wicked and you're wicked awesome for working out on a Sunday.
